I wrote this a log timeagoo try not to laugh!!!!!...........

There are many things in life i fear,
    Being blind not to see,

    Being Deaf not to hear,

    To love, to be rejected,

    To get hurt,

& to be treated like dirt,

    afraid of isolation & segregation,

to be classifyied into a group, a clique,

To be treated different, these are things that make me tick,

    Afraid of death,

to let oppertunities pass me by,

life is short,& it sucks, Full of pain& misery but yet we do not wish to die,

I have a question, for you all,

answer me this, for the question is small,

Is it better to have loved than not at all?,

We give a person our hearts,

just for it to be crushed,

For us to be left alone,

But we are told there are other fish in the sea,

But how do you not know you & that one person, weren't meant to be,

We are told someoe better will come along, but i keep up my wall,

So no one can come in & hurt me in such a way,

    Scared they will leave,

    & no stay,

I havnt found the right person yet,

But i fear that when i do they will leave me,

    I Bet,

But most of all i fear myself,

    my thoughts and dreams,

that might or might-not come true,

But someday i know i will have to face al of these things,

I'm scared bu i am sure someone else out there is too,

Now his poem is coming to an end,

    Im through.

You know, there is a poetry forum out there.

I'm sure you will meet lots of other aspiring poets there, and everyone there seems to be nice enough to say that every poem is good... so you'd get better responses there than here, honestly...

Because someone will eventually come on here actually criticizing your poems, and that will hurt your little heart, and that's no good... but you'd be asking for it.

"the only thing we have to fear is fear itself"-Franklin D. Roosevelt

in love there is no fear. even in death there should be no fear. all is for the best so be free live life.

we create our own reality - when we are afraid we are creating our fear.

i like that you are getting you thoughts out in the form of poetry but i think that you could use a more positive outlook.
