Okay so DH and I are both graduating next Saturday from WKU (western kentucky univ.) Anyway, we have been accepted to a Grad School in Missouri that didn't require the GRE. We thought it was best since we both SUCK at standardized tests. Fast Forward to now. We don't have any money to move. It's a 9 hour move, so it's not like hauling stuff back and forth is feasible. And neither of us got an assistantship, so we're looking at 19k in loans each for one year. So WKU requires the GRE, but the application deadline is June 15th. Their website says it's best to have everything by then to ensure a speedy review. We got a fee waiver from Financial Aid that we had to mail to the GRE center (mailed yesterday), then they mail us back a voucher, then we can register to take it. Do I have any chance in hell of being able to take the test and have my scores to admissions by June 15th? Someone said I can pay $10 extra to have my scores rushed? Please let me know what you know about the GRE turnaround time for getting the score reported to my school. Thanks!
