Just need a lil help here; I'm getting way into my volunteering lately, and i'm getting so much satisfaction out of doing my bit, but now I wanna do something really big! :sunglasse Any of you guys out there got any info on volunteering organisations/schemes in the Cornwall/Devon region that also offer 'pocket money' or accomodation? My main areas I'd be interested in are enviromental/homeless people/youth etc. Hope you can help! Marie-Clare xxx
Maybe try a co op down there?... dont know any off hand but try the diggers and dreamers website or woofers maybe?

hmmm...i used to live in st.austell in cornwall and was involved in a youth scheme that provided hostel accomodation, life skills and loads of fun stuff for young people (and the leaders!) it was great...altho i cant rmeber the organisiation. i shall find out for you asap, give mother a ring methinks... it was very very good, i was helped out by the scheme when i was younger and kicked out of school...i got flown over to the isles of scilly on a helicopter and was involved in setting up a youth scheme over on the islands... i shall let you know as soon as i do love luchi xxx
