Hey all !! I'll be spending a couple weeks in Indianapolis the end of May any begining of June. I was wondering if there were and events or festivals going on that I could visit. Also is there anyone who would like to get together to hang out and show me whats fun in the area? Pete
Are you coming in for the race? The ENTIRE west side of town is gonna be one giant party at the end of May due to the race. The night before the race all of west 16th street and all of Georgetown rd by the track will be full of people, vending , bikes , babes , and cruising.. It's not what it was 20 years ago, but it is still cool. There are spots in town that are "hip" too.

I know quite a few hips spots. Broad ripple has some great restaurants for you and your lady.There are Jazz clubs,nite clubs, an EXCELLENT brew pub. Being the end of May, you should be able to catch plenty of live music. Welcome to Indy, and have fun. It depends on what you like,as to where you should go. Peace brother, J-56
Thanks for your comments jamphan-56, I'll definitly look up some places in the Broad Ripple area for some clubs and music. I'm staying with a friend from there and we'll be heading out for a little fun while I'm there. If you'd like I'll keep you aware of our plans so we can meet up somewhere. Pete
