Oh yeah I'd forgotten we watched "If...." at Claire's Yorkshire gathering! Almost exactly two years ago! I was aware of O Lucky Man as another Lindsay Anderson / Malcolm McDowell film, but didn't know it was the same character and a sequel of sorts. I've not seen either of the later films, but thanks for the info, I shall seek them out
