help with desktop thingie plz

i done something and now cant put it back, you see the start bit, its twice as big now with a black space underneath it. i cant make it go away

can anyone help out

for i sec i thought it would be porn icons on the desktop from spyware.

id have lawl'd all day

 

Right click on it and unselect "Lock the Taskbar," maybe.

 

lol I know how that feels. I know how to fix it all you do is right click that bottem bar and select "lock the task bar" if its CHECKED. Then hover the mouse over just where the desktop and bar meet an it should torn into two arrows pointing up and down. Then left click and pull the bar down. Hope that helps.
