Well, my arms are getting to the shape I would like them to be. I have some pretty nice arms and when I flex you can see the muscle. What I really need to know is how to keep them that way, and I also want to know what to do to get sexy abs. My abs are okay, but I would like to improve.
for abs, you need DIET DIET DIET and Cardio. i don't know what your doing for your arms, but deadbear put some exercises in her forum that you could check out. but if what your doing now is working, keep doing it and maybe up the anty on it and do more... but again, you need a good diet and a good cardio routine to burn fat. and for ab exercises, make sure you do them correctly, or you could cause some injury thats very painful.
For abs you need to have a fairly low amount of body fat, make sure you eat enough to keep your muscles from breaking down. To keep the arms I would say keep up with the excerises your doing just don't keep adding weight.
Have a decent diet. Dont diet, eat healthy. Sit ups, Leg lifts, twisting your torso from side to side while doing leg lifts will improve your abs and side definition. Running is good for your abs. Sprinting. My fiance' says Tae Bo is good too. Flutter kicks, you lay on your back hands under your but and move your legs in an opposing fashion. (simultaneously) Do all that every other day and your abs should be good. Make sure you separate your cardio days from your calisthenics.
