I've actually found that a sedentary lifestyle can limit the effects of marijuana. Besides, it's much more rewarding to light up and reflect on a challenge undertaken, as opposed to an entire day of sitting.
IMO for a smoker of cigs and weed I am fit as hell. I can beat most of the lacross players in my gym class in the 1 mile run and in just random laps around the track. It's funny to hear their responces. YOU SMOKE!!! How can you run so fast? I'm just like, cuz I'm obviously the MAN
what does that have to do with health? nothing. we've been through this before dude. bring up one of the old marijuana forums vegetarian threads to disscuss this.... we dont need another one.
i weigh about 127lbs. i'd like to lose 5 lbs. most of it is muscle from when i played tennis. i have an eliptical machine in my basement and i try to use it 3-4 times a week before i do my shoulder exercises.
I just had my first amatuer mma fight (ultimate fighting). Ive wrestled since i was 5 and i hated every minute of it. I quit and got fat and got picked on. Started hanging out with boneheads started drinking got in trouble.. so my parents wanted me to get into something..And i chose kickboxing because i wanted to beat the piss outta the kids that fucked with me and 3 years later im one of the first 3 16 year olds to fight amateur under a legitimate organization. I find that during my jiu jitsu training i can concentrate much more if i was blazed earlier in the day!
I find it odd to run into people who DON'T smoke and are active afterward. I've never been unmotivated by weed, no matter how much I smoke or what strain it is. I may not have a membership to a gym somewhere, but I am active daily and smoke a gang of pot on top of it.
