I was only getting the basic exercise for awhile.. ya know kids keepin me busy and house cleaning type of stuff but I started missing my flexibility and being able to clear my head during a good jog so now I'm actually working at it again.. I exercise about 45-1:25 a day.. alternating between my "delicious body exercise" and jogging... I also spend quite a bit of time on the floor with my wee lil Mia working on my stretching... working out again has actually been the best thing ever... I've only picked up my routine a little over a week (pathetic I know) but I can tell the difference already I've always been a dancer.. most days start out with turning on my favorite techno followed by a lot of moving and bouncing... mm love to Dance =D
After many years of none exercise outside of downhill skiing in the winter, I've finally accepted that my conditioning has started to slide despite an occupation that requires a lot of lifting and miles of walking each day. I purchased a rowing machine in March and LOVE IT. I use it for 20 minutes a day, four or five days a week and do a bunch of crunches and push ups when I work out. So far, so good. I've lost 11 pounds and feel GREAT. The more I put into it, the more I get out of it and the happier I am with the way I look and feel. the next thing to tackle is quitting smoking and I'll be in great health
I do two kids all day but I do not consider that really exercise........but I do yoga at least 3 hours a day and that is.....so for me it balances out my life. Clears me but also works my body. LIfe is good.
Yeah, you are in pretty good shape...I noticed when I drew you for the "Draw a RTer" thread a while back.
Lodui, hayy man Yah, I exercise. I used to more so, tho. (when I did more sports) I think the Aikido and surfing do it for me now, tho. In the morning I do yoga. Aannd.. The meditation exercises my mind. Actually, when I first started Aikido back in the day I hurt in places where I thought muscle wasn't supposed to hurt! That is so true. The majority of American's give us a bad rep. I for one am not lazy. Neither are you guys.. and probably others somewhere out there, too. I actually am afraid to drive a car. So I either ride a bike or walk. It's also fun! (If I need to go to farther places I find a ride from friends or bus, train, etc.) If people did more walking or taking other methods of transportation, there wouldn't be as much pollution or waste on gas, either.
You surf? I miss the warm water in Florida. The waves are good here but I need a drysuit cause I have little bodyfat and the ocean is 57 degrees right now. I wanna get another windsurfer. My other one is like a floating spoon. My friend in Florida is into kitesurfing; may have to check that out, too.
Oouu, I love surfing! Where do you live and surf? Are the waves nice there? I was practically born and raised in the water.. (live 2 minutes from beach) IWow, I'd love to go to florida more often... ahhh I'm gunna daydream now. But yah, thats craazy. Windsurfing is real cool. I only tried it a few times, but I'd like to pick it up more. Actually, my neighbor is selling his.. I was thinking of buying it. ...tho I can't tell if it's gunna be like a "floatinng spoon" or sumthin' better. lol
Floating spoon indicates how big, old lumbering it is. It's 15 years old and the sail says Walmart. lmao. Florida's waves suck unless there's a hurricane coming. I live in Portland, Oregon and the waves are great, but it's damn cold. The windsurfing in the Columbia River Gorge kicks ass.
It's ok, you're still hot, and you have a nice ass But anyway, I had a gym memeber shit like 2 years ago, and that lasted for about a month... lol I guess my new job=exercise. I have to walk around entirely too much, almost the whole ten flipping hours that i'm there. The only kinda excersize I keep up on is sex, I don't slack off on that workout enless I half to.
