The dream I had last night was the longest, most vivid I've ever remembered.

I was in Gym class, playing soccer. The ball was kicked to me, and I kicked as hard as possible at the goal. One of my teammates got in the way and the ball hit her in the head, hard. She passed out, and naturally I felt horrible. She came to a few minutes later, but the blow to the head had caused her to mentally regress to a baby. She babbled and cried until she began sucking her thumb. Not long after, she wet and messed her gym clothes. Most people laughed, but me and a few others were legitimately concerned. The teacher asked for a volunteer to take her to the nurse. Because of my guilt, I helped the girl to the nurse. The nurse called an ambulance, and went into the back room to change the girl's clothes. I heard a weird crinkling sound from behind the door. The ambulance soon arrived and brought the girl to Hospital.

A few days later, the girl returned to school with reports of a mild concussion, seemingly in as sound mind as ever. Some idiots still teased her, but most were sympathetic with her circumstances. I really wanted to apologize to her, but I've always been the quiet type, so I knew it wasn't going to be easy. I finally managed to approach her, and apologize. I also asked if there was anything I could do to help. She asked if I was serious, and I swore to her that I was. With a stern look, she told me to meet her at her car after school (she described it and said where she parked).

After school, I met at her car and she told me to get in the passenger side, still with a stern look. I did just that, and she began driving. We eventually reached her house, and she led me upstairs. She was about to open the door to her room, but stopped with a look of realization, ushering me into the Guest room instead. She closed her door and asked if I would do anything to make amends. I nodded yes, somewhat nervously. "good" she said. She then did something I didn't expect; she dropped her pants.

My shock grew exponentially when I saw that she was wearing not panties, but a diaper, and a wet one at that.

"What am I wearing?" She asked.

    "A wet diaper" I replied.

"Yes, a wet di-" She cut herself off and looked down at her diaper. She
stomped her foot when she realized that it was wet.

"Oh, I didn't even feel myself go" She said.

I stared silently for a few minutes, before she continued with what she was saying. She explained that when the ball hit her, she got a severe concussion, which messed with her mind. Her brain could no longer control the muscles in her bladder and bowels, leaving her incontinent for the rest of her life. I felt tremendous guilt at that, and sat down. She continued, saying that sometimes, her mind will regress to an infantile state. She also lacked the coordination to change her own diaper. I asked her what she did in school, and she told me that the nurse had to change her. She never explained what happened to her if she regressed in school, but it's only a dream, so logic doesn't always follow. She then once again asked if I was still willing to do anything to make up for what I did. I nodded yes, and she helped me up. She led me to her room, and opened the door. I stared in shock at what I saw.
Inside, was a nursery fit for a baby the size of a teenager. She walked over to her overly large changing table and hopped up. I slowly made my way over, and stopped in front of the table.

"To make up for what you did, you're going to take care of me" She said.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I told you, I need help doing certain thngs, and you're going to be doing them. If I need a change, you'll be doing it. If I regress, you'll be tending to my needs. Got it, good. Now, change me." She said, laying back down on the table.

I nervously agreed to her contract, and grabbed the tapes of her diaper. I undid the tapes, blushing at what I saw when I removed the diaper. I threw the soiled garment in the trash and grabbed the pack of baby wipes, sweating as I did. I began wiping her "area", noticing that she was also blushing. I finished up and threw the wipe in the diaper pail. I grabbed the baby powder, and sprinkled it on. She rubbed it in herself, to prevent the situation form getting more awkward. She grabbed her legs, and lifted them in the air, exposing her rear. I sprinkled baby powder on it, she rubbed it in. She lifted her legs more, taking her rear off of the ground. I slid a new diaper under, and after she placed her rear down, I lifted the fron of the diaper over her privates and taped it up. She sat up, still blushing and quietly thanked me. No problem, I said, still sweating.

She hopped off of the table and told me that she was going to take her "after school nap". I said okay, and began to leave the room. She stopped me, and told me to help her into her crib. I undid the latch, and let the bars fell to the ground. I helped her hop over the bar, and she laid under her blanket, grabbing a teddy bear. I put the wall back into place, and redid the latch. I wanted to turn off the light, but she asked me to grab the item on the table next to her crib. The only thing I saw there was a pacifier, so I grabbed that and gave it to her. She took it eagerly, and popped it into her mouth. She asked me to turn on the nightlight before I turned off the regular light. I did so, and left the room. She told me to come back in one hour and wake her up.

I left the room and closed the door, left to contemplate my situation.
During the hour, I wondered what type of punishment included seeing a good looking teenage girl naked every once in a while. I knew I had to help, seeing as I was the cause of her mental issues, and couldn't live knowing that I caused her so much suffering. I realized the hour was up, and returned to Nicole's room. I quietly walked over and shook her awake, listening to her whine as I did. She sat up, and rubbed her eyes, asking me if an hour really had passed, still sucking on her pacifier. I nodded, and undid the latch of the crib, nad help her out, noticing as I did, that she was wet again. I led her over to the changing table and helped her up. She looked confused, so I pointed to her wet diaper, and she nodded solemnly. I once again changed her diaper, no less nervous or embarrassed than I was before. I helped her down, and she told me that she was thirsty. I asked her what she wanted, and she told me milk, so I headed for the kitchen. I felt her grab my arm, and turned around. She handed me an empty baby bottle, and blushed. I nodded, grabbing the bottle and headed for the kitchen.

I returned a few minutes later, holding a full baby bottle of milk. I handed her the bottle, and she spit her pacifier out, greedily sucking the milk out of the bottle. After she finished, she asked me to help her up off the floor. I helped her up, and noticed a weird look of her face. I asked her what was wrong, and she told me I had a headache. I asked if she wanted aspirin, but she told me that she knew what this headache was. It was the precursor to her mental regression. I asked how long till she fully regressed, and she told me about 10 minutes. Her legs gave out from under her, and she fell onto her hands and knees, tears building up in her eyes.

    "Are you okay?" I asked.

"I got a boo-boo" she said in a childish voice.

I examined her knee, and saw that it had a small bruise on it. I told her that it was a small "boo-boo" and that it would go away soon. She began sucking on her thumb, to calm herself.

"I'm sorry" She said, a look of maturity in her eyes. Almost instantly, her eyes lost that look of lucidity, and regained it's infantile composure. Nicole began blushing, and looked like she was straining herself. A few seconds later, she smiled and said "Oops." I looked confused for a second, before my nose was assaulted with a smell. She had just messed her diaper. I sighed and tried to get her to stand up, but her infantile mind wouldn't allow her legs to support her. I carried her over to the table and set her down. I removed her diaper, and almost gagged at the smell. I went through the proess of changing her, despite the fact that changing a messy diaper was a lot more difficult than a wet one.

I carried her up off of the table, and gave her her pacifier to suckle. I left her room, and carried her downstairs, in front of the TV. I turned it on, and channel surfed until she had a nice reaction to a preschool show. I sat down on the couch, her next to me, so she could watch. A few minutes later I fell asleep.

I woke up a bit later to a few pokes. Nicole giggled as she poked me.

    "Hungee" She said.

I interpreted that as hungry, and picked her up. I carried her into the kitchen, noticing for the first time the large high chair at the table. I set her in, and belted her in. I looked in the cupboard, and grabbed a few bottles of baby food. I set them on the table, and began the arduous task of feeding her. Like most infants, she didn't make it easy. By the time I was finished, she was completely covered in baby food. I sighed, noticing that her bib didn't do that much. I unbelted the high chair, and lifted her out. I carried her upstairs and into the bathroom. I filled the tub with tepid water, and began to take her clothes off. I was embarrassed at the sight of her nude breasts, even though I knew that it would be a common sight after a while. I helped her into the tub, and began bathing her. It didn't take very long for me to get as wet as she was.

After the bath, I began drying both of us off. I place Nicole on the toilet, just in case she relieved herself before I put her in a new diaper. I started with her hair and worked my way down. As I was drying her breasts, I felt a poke on my shoulder and looked up. I saw that the lucidity in Nicole's eyes had returned, and blushed tremendously.

"It's OK, finish up" She said.

I nodded, and finshed drying her, blushing the entire time. When I was done, I left the room to grab a diaper. When I returned, she was smiling.
"Smart move putting me on the toilet" She said, pointing down. It was obvious that she was currently peeing without any control. After she finished, I helped her up off the toilet, and changed her into a diaper. It was a warm night, so she didn't need a shirt. After I finished, I told her it was time for bed. She did a fake pout and smiled. I laughed, but told her that it was bedtime. She giggled and held out her arms, wanting to be picked up. I noticed the lucidity in her eyes, and smiled, picking her up.

"Do you remember what happens in the time when you're regressed?" I asked.

"Every minute of it" She replied. "Thanks" She added giving me a kiss on the cheek. That ellicited more of a blush than looking at her nude body. I helped to her crib, and placed her into it, noticing that she was already asleep. I tucked her in, and gave her a kiss on the cheek in return. I left the room, turning on her nightlight, and thought about how great my current situation was, then turned off the light.

That was a hilarious post...You're a good descriptive writer! I'm gonna throw my 2 cents into what I think this dream meant. First of all the major thing I noticed is by the end of this post was the fact that your attitude changed. Dreams are sometimes meant to help us grow as people; like by changing our attitudes towards things, gaining insight on a situation and face our fears. I think this dream of yours definitely changed your attitude about something in particular in your life...

Is there something going on in your life that made you have this dream, which was your most 'longest, most vivid' you've ever remembered? Maybe this is a good time for you to start tapping into your spiritual self...maybe meditating...

I'm guessing your a female (sorry if you are a guy)...When I have dreams as vivid as yours I notice that I respond to things in the same way that I would probably in real life and with the same logic (I think this is lucidity to an extent)...I notice you were attracted to this 'Nicole', maybe your true self and true feelings that you've been blocking came out in this dream?

Well theres my crappy 2 cents. There may be better interpretations, but the one you figure out for yourself is always the best I think.

Do you have a girlfriend? If not, expect to meet a childish woamn who wants to be pampered. The feces in the diaper may symbolise that it will be advantageous for you to enter into the relationship. I can't remember if other people crying is good, but if you were crying it is good because it means joy and happiness will come your way.

if this girl is someone you know in real life, your relationship and feelings toward her would be extremely relevant in trying to interpret, this dream. I'm guessing you do know this girl and are somewhat attracted to her, although I would also guess that your attitude towards her might not be so healthy due to the way that you had to attend to her every need for her. most girls don't appreciate that level of fussing and the ones that do are probably too high-maintenance to be worth your time. on the other hand it could be something entirely different, this is just my impression and with no background it may not be at all accurate. from my experience with dreams, the most obvious interpretation is often the best one. your dreaming mind just shows you the way your mind truly thinks about a lot of things. in my opinion, a lot of those books that try and create a universal set of meanings are complete bull. evryones mind works differently, the dreaming mind works at way too abstract a level to understand what dream symbols mean from person to person. In reality you are the only one who can really know what your dreams mean to you.

afterthought: maybe a part of you is just hoping that something like this (obviously not this severe) would happen so that this girl could see more of your caring nature. This would not be a bad thing, although its unlikely that such a thing would occur. In high-stress situations ones true self is often more clearly revealed. However, we can't count on such things happening and unfortunately, the most important aspects of ones personality don't generally come across in casual conversation. I guess the best we can do is just try and bring those positive traits to the surface more and channel that good nature into the social parts of our personalities. again shots in the dark here

Ok, I just had this same dream, except I was the one with the "issue", so to speak, and Nicole was the one who caused it.

0.o very weird...like I said before you'll have to interpret your dream yourself, ultimately, and draw information from your personal life to see if there are any parallels in your dreams...

hey man since your having such vivid dreams you should try lucid dreaming...I've been trying myself, I think all you have to is meditate and while you are conscious make wishes for lucid dreams when you go to sleep... and sorry for mistaking you as a woman...from your post that is just how i inferred you were

I'm a big supporter of lucid dreaming! There are lots of methods and a great deal of information available. I would recommend some of Stephen LaBerge's books. But if you don't want to drop any money, this is a pretty good place to start:
