    From one pumpkin to another!!!!!!!

A woman was asked by a coworker, "What is it like to be a Christian?"

The coworker replied, "It is like being a pumpkin." God picks you from the patch, brings you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. Then He cuts off the top and scoops out all the yucky stuff.

He removes the seeds of doubt, hate, and greed. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside of you to shine for all the world to see."

So you are a pumpkin, and god made you a jack-o-lantern by scooping out your core and ruining your natural surface. 4 points of contention:
1- Being a christian is not like being a pumpkin. In fact, very few states of being are.
2- This never happened. No woman ever gave this reply when asked what it was like to be a christian, unless she read this first.
3- Christianity is more packed with metaphors than a Fellini film. But all they do is cloud the picture. If everything is so clear to you, do not make your position cloudy for everyone else.
4- Greed and hate, sure you can do without. Doubt, however, is absolutely necessary to being a rational human being.

And a fifth for good luck, god does not do any of this. If there is a god, and he is christian, he could not, because all of the above things interfere with free will. Doesn't work. You do it all on your own, and it's all psychologically definable.
