So i wanted to know your methods for weight lifting possible excersises etc...I have my own preffered weight lifting program that me and my friend devolped based of montana Techs weight lifting program, olympic style, Arnolds weight liftin guide, and so basics of professional body building that is rather effeciant... So i wanna hear some of your methods because i am always looking to improve mine with new excersizes that will be more efficiant! So lets hear em folks!
