I smoked and after smoking I became a bit short of breath. Things got back to normal soon enough. I smoked again the following day. Towards the end of my session I started feeling phlegm in my throat. When I woke up the next morning I felt the need to clear my throat for a good portion of the day. Now as I am sitting typing this my throat feels rather sore. I had many soar throats as a child and thus had my tonsils removed. I have not had a sore throat since childhood. The smoking definitely is not helping my case. I’m wondering if the smoking caused it; or if it just irritated it more. I’m used to similar effects, minus the soreness after smoking cigarettes. This never happened though from just cannabis before. I know I probably should lay off the smoking for awhile. The truth is I don't particularly want to stop, but I guess that health thing comes before wanting to smoke.
hmm. my throat and many other people throats get dry after smoking marijuana, its one of the common side effects. you have to drink lots of fluids. But if it hurts thats no good. My advice to you is to take a break from smoking, and see if it hurts when you start again. I suggesst use a vaporizer. -yes there expensive but are a worthwhile investment for your health.
