The Prestige

I Just watched this movie last night and it was great. it was all twisty and turny but it was awesome. It even got a little SciFi which was unexpected. David Bowie looked funny in the movie.

Good cast, good plot, good movie.

Was it really that good? My dad picked up the book for me. It sat for a couple of months until I ran out of things to read. Once I finally read it, I was really disappointed. I like Bowie though..

 

No, I have to admit, I thought The Illusionist was good, but The Prestige blew my mind. I wish I could have watched that on mushies...might be too serious though for that though...I reccomend it

 

Saw it last night on DVD, pretty good I thought (although I was a bit confused at one point, but I won't say what point that was since I don't want to give away anything to anyone who hasn't seen it...!)

I thought both the Illusionist and Prestige were good - but if I had to pick between the two, I prefered the Illusionist, even though I think Christian Bale is pretty hot and the Prestige was rather excellent....

 

i thought the prestige was better, it was darker

 

I thought the Prestige was TOO dark (and I'm a fan of Tim Burton's work). I also thought the Prestige felt like it was four hours long.

I preferred The Illusionist too.

I thought "The Prestige" was a pretty good movie. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I loved Hugh Jackman... Scarlett beautiful like always... and Dave Bowie as Nikola Tesla.. awsome!!!
