A few quick questions so I can get started

What is the smallest light I can use for one plant?

If I want to grow plants ina small enclosed space, will a fan inside the space provide propper ventilation or do I need something else, and if so, what can be used to prevent smell from migrating?

Are there any cordless power sources that are rechargable or not? (cordless lights??)

Im going to try a container that's top rectangle is 13 inches by 8 inches, and the container is a total of 13 inches tall.

Any suggestions and tips are appreciated.

A fan inside the space will only provide circulation, not ventilation. For proper ventilation you need to intake fresh air and exhaust hot, used, air.

A Carbon Filter, attached to the exhaust system.

No.

That's just about big enough for either your fan or your lights, maybe both if you use CFL's. But where are you going to put the plant?

Read, read - study, study - learn, learn!

 

As stated above your space is extremly small. If you do get a plant in there you would have to flower it at 3 inches to allow for it stretching and your final yield wont be worth the time you put in.Find a larger space

 

I'm not doing it for yeild I just want to smoke it lol.

I grow for myself, just for something to smoke and to share with friends, without paying the Outrageous prices on the street.
I grow in a 2 x 2.5 room with 73 watts of CFL's. Usually 1 to 2 females at a time.
5500k cfl's for veg and 3000k cfl's for flower.
I end up with a quality Sinsemillia.

But, I did find that an extraction fan and passive intake were needed to ventilate the room. My first grow without air extraction gave me airy, foxtail looking buds. Real loose and just not worth the time I spent.

Once I added the extraction and intake, the buds I got were tight, dense and good looking.
