Never got into heavy-duty drugs... too much of a coward. I can see myself indulging in the occasional joint though- key word being "occasional".

 

i drink beer because i enjoy the taste, the complexity of producing a fine brew, and the general enjoyment of drinking it, that i dont' get from smoking.

i'd rather smoke than drink bud or miller or any other mass produced swill...but i'd drink quality beer more than smoking any day of the week

 

I'm a big fan of most drugs in moderation, but at the end of the night I must admit I do like a few tokes of the ol' mary jane. It helps me wind down and it's by far better for my mental health than any of the mental health drugs I've been given. Fuckin' pharmaceutical companies. I swear they made me crazy.

 

I do enjoy the taste of good beer, but drinking isn't as relaxing for me as it used to be.

 

If I were confident that I could stick with moderation I would take up pot again but I know myself too well.

 

Well a smart man knows his boundaries, that's for sure. It took me going to jail to learn mine, but the correctional system did their job. They broke me down. Took 'em two years, but they did it. Maybe if you go out and get yourself some house arrest and probation it'll help you too. Hahaha.... god I think that's the dumbest thing I ever said to anybody.

there is this regular that comes in quite a few nights, he splurges on alcohol, always buying couvaussier (sp???) or shots of crown.... he regularly drops 100 dollar tip on a 75 dollar tab....... anyways, saturday night, he was buying $20 dollar shots of crown xr...... why would you spend 20 dollars on a shot????? they said it just tasted like normal crown, anyways....

 

I'm guessing he wants women to know he has money so they'll fuck him. And before anybody says that's stupid, I'm sure he knows that's why they're fucking him and doesn't really spend money on them.
