I'm a drummer in a band from Illi.

    Rejected Confessions.

We play rock and stuff. The recordings were all done in the winter, in my garage. The preformances were poor becasue of that, but you'll get the idea.

I play bass in The Amazing Cottage Cheese. We play heavy, fuzzed out psychedelic rock(We refuse to put the "stoner" or "doom" tags on it). Our stuff is recorded at home, with me doing the knob twiddling.

Your stuff is quite cool, but some vocals and most of all bass would make it a lot better. Maybe the rhythm guitar player could switch to bass? Just a suggestion.

I wonder how many people that actually click the myspace links that people post in threads like this one and listen to the music. Most people seem to just post the url of their own page and don't give a fuck about the others.

Hammy I really like your stuff. I added you as as friend on myspace. Keep at it! I'd like to hear some vocals though.

Baboonus your band rocks man! You guys have a pretty badass psychedelic-rock sound, though your lead singer took a bit of hearing for me to appreciate. I don't know about the lighthearted name though (the word cheese in any band makes me think of well...cheese), it doesn't quite project the heavy image your sound evokes for me. There is nothing cheesy about your sound or image.

I like a band where the name is so fitting that nothing else could be more appropriate. Like The Kinks. Perfect name for that band.

Just my advice, take it or leave it, but your name is the only thing I have a problem with, though I understand there is probably a back story behind it.

Thanks for the kind words, We've used the name for eight years, so it has kind of stuck and it is kind of late to rename it by now.
