i need some assurance :(

i was arrested 5 months ago and i just got my court papers saying i have a hearing at the juvenile court in a couple weeks. i was arrested for possession of cocaine, i only had about a gram of it on me. I used to ditch school a lot ((i'm 16)) but after I got arrested I was put into independent study and have been doing all my work and am already working on my senior credits. I went to an outpatient program and graduated from it and have been going to these NA type meetings, I also work 2 jobs and this was my first offense.

I'm totally freaking out right now so I need to know what are the possibilities that could happen to me and if I'm going to Juvey or not since it is a felony :/

 

Seeing that you are a minor, they make bump it down to a misdeminor if you plead guilty. Probably do some community service.

 

Oh, and if you are scared to go to juvy, dont be.

 

If you're not worried about college, don't be worried about this.
