This shit is drivin me bananas. I cannot get all this dandruff out of my hair, I washed my head and gave it a nice scrubbin, but not its all stuck in the hair somewhere, and for some reason I'm starting to get more! Is it caused by sweat? I sweat a lot. I went to a doctor a long time ago, like years ago when I used to SHAVE my head all the time and I was getting crazy dandruff and he said it was caused by stress...although I dont think I'm that stressed anymore. Can anyone help me out and tell me what I can do to get that nasty shit out my rastas?

Is it that thick gunky dandruff opposed to the flakey dandruff? if it is, I sugest the magic concoction (which seems to be my answer to everything lol). It doesnt remove the dandruff forever, but it takes it away temporarily. As far as I remember the recipe is something like this:

1 BIG bowl of warm water
    1 Tablespoon of sea salt
    1 tablespoon of lemon juice
    3/4 Cup of baking soda
A couple of drops of teatree oil

I dont stick to those exact figures, basicly whatever I can steal from the pantry without my mum noticing ^.^

    Good luck!

damn, I've done both those things. I dont know I guess the next time I wash my head I'll just scrub even harder.

tea tree oil. I just get enough to coat my fingertips, and rub it into my scalp wherever there's dandruff. Or itchies.

Don't scrub!!!!! you are just irritatiing your scalp even more..... dont worry about it. aloe vera works wonders.. and so does tea tree.
