Funny you should say that... I've had drinks with Lou Gramm and Tom Waits (on different occasions) at the Bombay Bicycle Club in Rochester in the 90s. I've worked for Pat Sajak (very benign in person) and G. Gordon Liddy (who is actually a very nice man, despite his radio persona/professional history). And I met John Stamos at a car show once to get his autograph for my daughter but he wanted $10 for it. Bastard.
I met Natalie Casey from UK comedy Two Pints (of Lager and a Packet of Crisps) the night after her first tv appearance, aged 3.. She was in her dad's arms in a queue in front of me. She's now 25 or 26 and doing pretty well.. And I stalked a DJ called Allan Beswick for about a year too..
That's pretty cool. It's just too bad that James destroyed Chaunce together with the entire Pistons team last night.
you know that guy from Neighbours..Ryan Moloney? Well I met him..well I waved at him at a career expo once and he waved back.
a friend of my mum's is actually a casual aquaintance to a boy that played music with John Butler from the John Butler Trio once and their old neighbour brough John's mum's boat so yeah. awesomness.
if you mean my boss, i doubt it. he's not from rochester. and i think lou gram may be a little young - my boss was at Woodstock. still not clear if he was at Woodstock or at Woodstock.
the whole cubs team...pretty sweeeeett, and then ive met people who played for the cubs in the 90's, and a couple of chicago bulls players, one has a summer camp my bro goes to..pretty cool, cant remember his name..bruce willis, no joke. matthew perry, no joke.i guess i can put lindsay lohan on here since ill be dating her soon..lol
I have met: Peter Andre (his manager got in contact with me when I was ill and dying in hospital) He wa sok from what I could remember. Kinda short but ok I have met Jethro (british comedian) i worked at a theatre and he chased me down a street cos i stole his mail. Ken dodd again at the theatre. He was pretty cool Cant remember who else at the moment
I used to beat him in horse everytime. The good ol' trusty hookshot from behind the camper would get him every time. I haven't watched any of their games since they won the championship. How has Chaunce been doing lately? Ya know besides the game ur talking about.
Oh, he's a badass. Lots and lots of confidence. He takes the game winner like it ain't no thang. He's a free agents this summer, which might mean that he'll leave Detroit, especially if they loose to Cleveland. But man, he got game... he has really worked on his midrange and three point shot this season, and he still doesn't miss free throws... it's amazing that you used to beat him in horse
Elvis Stojko (olympic skater) came into a craft store I once worked in to buy embroidery floss; when I worked at Chapters (bookstore) Richard Dreyfus came in to buy some books, and he came to my cash register to pay for them. Oh, and once (years ago) I went downtown Toronto and they happen to be filming an episode of the Kung Fu: Legend Continues tv show and David Carradine gave me $5 to go buy him a bottle of water because they didn't have any on the set and his assistant was busy, so that was kinda cool.
2 rock guitarists. One was real nice. The second one treated me like a pauper. :$ He was also with a city councilman posing as his manager that ended up on our local news. He got busted for using his taxpayer paid for cellphone to call out for cocaine at all hours of the night. Saw him on tv after the fact....About fell off the couch, & spit up my coffee.
i met raven simone in airport in atl on a family vacation when i was a little younger, saw bobby brown at a restaurant last summer, a NBA player for the pistons came into work although i have no idea what his name was and dont really care, and some people consider(ed) my cousin atleast semi-famous (atleast around here) he was the coach of the umass bball team
