grr this ebayer is annoying me slightly. i have for sale this item: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140125147653&sspagename=ADME:B:RTQ:UK:1 firstly she emails me question as shown - if the photo actually represents the tie-backs described because she cant see a black bead... so i reply to her question...that the bead is about 3" long just above the tassel as described and is a dark greyish black rather than a black black so she replies: "that's strange because in the picture I'm looking at the tie back is clearly red with green attachments..." as if im lying to her that the bead is in fact dark grey/black. so i reply that the camera doesnt always capture the exact colouring of some items depending on light/flash etc and that also different monitors have slightly different colour settings. i admit, i did have to edit the colour slightly in the picture because my camera didnt capture the red colour properly, so i used software to alter the colour to give a more accurate representation of the main colour - surely the colour a potential customer would be interested in, in matching with their curtains/furnishings. the bead being easier to describe. i would hardly call it green though. at least it isnt on my monitor. grr
