Its sounds like she had a infection called BV bacterial vaginosis which isnt a STD, its easy to get and easy to treat. Men dont get it though its only women. She might have had thursh or something though maybe even in her mouth and passed it on to you via spit. Maybe go and have a check up just to make sure you havent got a nasty bugs x
Yeah thrush or BV sound likely, and theyre not big serious STI's, just inconvenient infections that should be treated before they get worse. Ive had both and they both make a bit of a whiff But id get yourself checked in a proper clinic, might aswell check for all STI's while there to be safe

Well i dont know the deal where you are but here in the UK theres a GU (stands for something urinary or other and tests for STI's etc) clinic in most hospitals...you just go into there. If you dont have those id start with your GP, theyll refer you to where you need to be
