There is no way to be 100% sure if she's clean or not... unless I carried a test kit with me everytime I have sex lol... but usually there are signs that can indicate the hygine of a woman.

One of the biggest ones is the smell. If they open their legs and u get a lil poopy scent then that's an indicator that they probably don't wipe very well or very often haha. I've gotten that smell a couple of times.
