Did u think that Australia constitution is outdated?

As the title show...

i think Australia constitution is outdated!!!

firstly...it does no keep up with the change of technology...example Brislan Case...the radio...

beside that...there is no more monarch after 1986!!!!

and the last 1...the Australia constitution did not reflect the value of society such as homoseksual...transeksual...

Any1 can comment on tis...

I hope we all can discuss abt tis topic ...LOL

I don't know anything about Australian politics, so I've no idea... and as far as constitutions reflecting rights of gays and transexuals, well, a lot of countries are like that.
