I've been held by the police - but I've never gone to jail. And it's boring as hell sitting in the back of a patrol car for an hour.

I got arrested and was put in a holding cell overnight for theft by taking, shoplifting, and public intoxication(xanax and alcohol). The only thing I really remember about the experience is that I got into a fight in the holding cell and I also remember that the food was so nasty as to be reason enough not to get arrested again. lol

Nope. I don't do too many illegal things...and the illegal things that I do, I do in private.

No. But I think that, for a short short term, it may be quite an experience.

nope. which i consider extremely fortunate considering how much trouble i was always getting myself into in grade school. but even then it was always about and because of my political views, which is to say, basing them on rational objective observation rather then the popularity of arbitrary assumptions. (right OR left, or up down or sideways for that matter)

Nope. Held in a police car once for about 5 minutes, but never jail, etc.

Yes I have a few times.
The worst reason was because I was involved in an accident where a pedestrian tried to kill himself on the highway in South Carolina by running under my car, but he missed and hit my side door. I didnt stop right away, long story, ended up in jail on reckless homicide charges for awhile.
But now I am out on bail (still! almost a year) and it appears as though all charges are being dropped and put ON the kid who hit ME.
I dont wish that on anyone honestly, but in my opinion if you are going to take yourself out of this world, dont take other people with you, at least not like this.

I have been twice, for stupid shit a couple years back. Once for racing, going 170 on the interstate driving a 04 pontiac gto( a stupid move on my part, but it was really fun at the time). And once for underage drinking.

Oh thank god...I was really hoping things would work out for you.

And to answer the original question, no, I've only argued with a cop and got my boyfriend out of spending a week in jail. Haha.

Once I retreated to the Wilderness for a possible "rest of my life" adventure. After a month or so eating a meager fare, and fantasizing about all the meals we were missing, my friend and I walked miles and then hitchhiked to a town 30 miles away, but having no money, still went to a restaurant, ate a big delicious meal, and then walked out , "Dine and Dash".

Well, got caught and we ended up staying in jail for a full week, it was Memorial Day Weekend, and the judges were on vacation. There was a stream of drunk women doing overnighters, and they didn't feel like eating, so I got 3 or 4 meal trays to pick from, so I guess I got what I went to town for in the first place.. It was quite the experience. I volunteered to wash the floors and clean just to get out of my cell for a while and walk around. Haven't dined and dashed ever again.

Got arrested for arson! My ex up and left, came home from work and him and his stuff had disappeared except his '69 Camaro, which was in my name anyway. So I had a legitimate nervous breakdown (my dad left my mom a week before) and torched his precious baby. They knocked it down to criminal mischief since it was legally my car and you have to do $1500 worth of damage to someone's else's stuff to be actual arson..................

Did two months cause they thought I was crazy before getting probation. And Paris wants to whine?? Poor baby, NOT!
