What size guages can you go up to before your ears will not close up to their normal size once u take them out?

it totaly depends on the elasticity of your ears, how fast you stretch them, and your body. if you are worried about your ears returning to normal size, you shouldnt stretch them. that being said, 4g or up to 2g seems to be that average.

Well I have already stretched them out to an 8, had a 6 in for two weeks, then just put in the eights because i didn't like the sixes i had. then i took them out and closed them up, but now im restretching them again, and I think im going to get 4g (they're tunnels, and thats what i originally wanted in the first place)

I had mine up to 00 and let them close up... they got down to a 16. I restretched them, now I'm at a 00 again... I'd probably only be able to get back down to a 10 or 12 now, if I wanted to shrink again, due to loss of elasticity. I don't know if they'd have the same resiliency.

Usually, you can't go past an inch.

lol no if your at an inch, youre pretty much there for good. im 3/4 and theres no way im getting below like 0 ever again.
toolmaggot- youre lucky, i dont think my ears are very stretchy. my second holes were 6g and i took them out last year but theyre still 12 or so and wont shrink any smaller.
