Well, bluelight is a good site, but to say we don't know our shit is just fukt up.

 

Lol...no! I'm sure some are! It's just from what I have seen, there is more detailed info. on these types of questions elsewhere. My #1 concern, is that people get good, accurate advice....not 'Dude just fuckin take it and get hiiiiggghhhh'.

There doesnt seem to be a thread dedicated to opiate faq's or anything anyways. This is a marijuana thread...All I'm saying, is protect yourself, find the best source of info. Especially when it comes to drugs. Any "experienced" , knowledgeable, drug user would agree with me.

 

I know man. My beef wasn't with the link, but the fact that she said we weren't giving good advice. If a person asks specific questions, we give specific advice.

 

There is an entire opiate forum in the psychedelics section of the site, so don't blame the whole of Hip Forums, is all I'm saying. I know you didn't mean to offend, but I still took offense.

 

Alot of the members here are under 18, thats why you get alot of post like that. We have other forums for other drugs. It's just alot of stoners choose to ask about things in here, becuase alot of other stoners are experinced with these things too. I would hope someone wouldnt take some really goofy advice and realize the person was being immature.

I was in *NO* way saying that YOU are not knowledgeable. I *WAS* absolutely saying there just *might* be other places to get the best possible info. regarding his specific question. I don't care if you and the other guy (the one who said I was "spamming") get your feelings hurt. My concern is to the OP who had a valid question, and deserves the possible answers. SO fucking *SUE* me. I care about other people.

Re: the SPAMMING....I took the time to personally locate a thread that I felt would more specifically answer a questiont that he had. He wanted "more opinions" on Benadryl being a potentiator....I provided him with several pages of opinions on that question. I guess we could have waited a week, for more responses here, but that doesn't exactly help him tonight now does it??

I'm not going to apologize for stepping on your oh-so-delicate toes when all I was doing was trying to answer the question in the best way. Geez....loosen up.

 

I realized that. I never had heard of bluelight. I just though you were coming on and spamming and tryign to be rude. You can understand that it wouldn't be taken to lightly of someone new comin' in and totally bashing what we had to say.

 

I didn't see the opiate thread either...I would *love* to read through it. This entire argument is pathetic and useless...as I said earlier "harm reduction" is number one for me...thats all I was doing.

**EDIT** Just saw the above post...thank you for trying to understand. I knew that when I posted the info, it would be taken offensively...lol. I was even chatting with a bluelight mod and told him I was about to get raped for it. In the end, it's only about helping. I could care less where the info is received as long as it gets there.

I'm not saying you shouldn't have given him the link. I think bluelight is an exceptional site with great info. All I'm saying is that there are some very knowledgable people on here and you implied that it's not as good of a place as bluelight is, in regards to finding accurate info and useful advice. In fact, many of the members here are also members of bluelight, and they come here for advice too. Like I said, I know you didn't mean to offend, but I was just letting you know how I felt about the comment you made. Likewise, I didn't mean to offend you. I want people to get the best advice possible too, and I, along with many other experienced people on this site, always try to give that advice. There are some immature folks on here who just dive into whatever drugs they find with no info at all, and it does sadden me.

As I said, bluelight is a very informative site, and HF is just as informative. You just gotta know where to look. No hard feelings or anything. I just get sensitive and defensive when people imply that we don't know what we're talking about, even if you didn't mean what it sounded like you meant. I guess it's just my Hip Forums loyalty surfacing. lol

Agreed. If you hadn't mentioned HF in the post, nobody would have made a big deal out of it and it would have been left at that. I just don't like it when people compare one group's knowledge and experience to another group's. There are plenty of experienced and knowledgable people here, as well as bluelight. Like I said, no hard feeling toward you or bluelight. I just don't like to be insulted, even if that wasn't your intention. Peace.

Yes, welcome to the forums. You seem like you're gonna be a good poster, and we have no problem with you. Just try not to talk shit about us before you get the chance to know us and gauge our knowledge/experience/advice further. That's all I was trying to say.
