Shocked into Bud...What Else Can I Do To Shock These Plants Back Into Veg?

Okay. Here's the deal. Shocked the crap out of my plants when I transplanted them outdoors, temps in the mid-nineties, absolutely no shade. They were started under warm and cool flourescents, both tubes 40w each, inside temp in the 80's. Half went into bud immediately upon planting; the other half turned a ghastly shade of yellow, red and Linda Blair green--OMG were they upset!

Neighboring growers have had the same problem, and we've all put lights on the plants at night to try and force the flowering back into veg. Some are turning around, some aren't.

I can't help but think that shade cloth should have been used over the plants for maybe a week of acclimation before subjecting them to so much sun--maybe then they'd have adapted naturally and stayed in veg like they should have. But that's hindsight, and I have to deal with the now. They're all 3 weeks in the ground and the yellow shocky/burnt girls are kicking in the afterburners and getting all lovely and green.

What worries me are the couple of plants that are just refusing to go out of bud. One is an Alaskan Thunder doing it's best to be one fat spear shooting out of the ground. Big funky single and double leaves--like floppy green lamb's ears that have flowers around the base. Bummer 'cos it's a big plant.

I've put cool spectrum flourescents on each plant at night, but is there something in particular that I can feed them or do for or to them that might coax them back into veg? Any theories, anyone?

I'll post a pic or two tomorrow so you can see what they look like...if there's someone interested in seeing and helping me figger this one out.

    Peace
