i have some red plastic drinking cups at my spot. it is in a pretty large clearing with alot of dense ground cover (trees, long grass, shrubs). how visible do you think the cups are from above? just by helicopters, planes, whatever. do you think the redness will make them stand out, or should the ground cover conceal it enough. i doubt anyone is looking real hard for them u know lol, but i just want to be sure they arent blazing red hot lolaht .nks
Why are so many people worried about planes and helos. biggest problem is foot people. Dont worry about the sky unless theres a spot with like 50+ plants all in the same clearing in the middle of knowhere.
right, b/c helos dont use heat detection on just a random stretch of land, right? they use it when they beleive there are plants or if it an area that is known to be used for growing. i just dont want the inner whites of thr cups to be seen from above, im going to transplant in a week or so but until then i want to be sure their safe. i got foot patrol covered, i just want to be sure it cant be seen any other way. thanks
youll be fine. helos probley dont use heat scans to often unless they looking for crimanals probley not to may times to look for weed.
Take some old bits of burlap, or regular cloth of an appropiate shade, or colored paper (whatever wont be easily seen). Wrap it around the cups and over the rim, to cover the white inside part. Never leave anything near your grow site that's an eye catcher - cammo, cammo, cammo!
The infra red in the helicopters cant find plants guys. Marijuana gives off the same heat as any other plants. Infra red is used for the grow lights inside houses.
If you come down to RI the national guard fly choppers just over the tree line in areas known for growing .
