Ugh, it used to only take about an hour, but lately I've been tossing and turning in bed for three or more hours. It's pissing me off.

Interesting, considering that I work night shift.
As far as when I go to sleep, it depends. I go through phases where I can't get to sleep without prescription pills. Generally, I'll take one and be asleep within 20 minutes.
If I'm in a phase where I can sleep without them, usually about ten minutes.

Anyone having trouble might consider taking some melatonin.
It has been linked to depressive disorders, as well as a decrease in sperm production.
Figured I'd warn you. I blame them both on the melatonin I took for two years.

During the week I'm up every morning at 4:30 a.m and am on the move till about 8 at night (at least) so I hop in bed, read about 5 pages of my current book and then I'm out like a light.....once in a blue I'll have trouble sleeping if my mind is occupied with worry or something like that.....I'll get up and take a walk outside and then come in and be ready to go to sleep....

I stay up till about 3 or 4(sometimes edging on 5 or 6) every night, and then go to bed and fall asleep straight away. I can't sleep any other way.

It normally takes me either less than an hour or a few hours to get to sleep. Mostly, I'm like Kether. I go upstairs at like 3 or 4 and then fall asleep in a little while.

I've always slept very well. I normally fall asleep within 5 minutes after getting in bed unless I deliberately want to think of something...though that something is actually a someone and thinking about him helps me to fall asleep! :)

just really all depends, there's no one same answer two days in a row. and i do my sleeping during daylight mostly but i don't see that as a disorder, nor as having anything to do with how long i'm a awaike or asleep.

i do know i sleep better when i don't have to be arround anyone, and that not having to be arround anyone doesn't happen nearly often enough.

you could say for ever because any more, i'm out like a light as soon as the sun comes up and up ready to go as soon as it once again becomes night. like i said, genuine, honest to goodness NOCTURNAL!

    =^^=
    .../\...

(i'm not sure what, if any, option in the poll would corrispond to that)

(i seriously NEED to sleep in the daytime, and no i don't drink blood, turn into a bat and fly arround, nor turn to stone, and i haven't lived on this earth for more then a natural lifetime, although i do know of someone who i'm almost certain has, he happens to be a real estate con artist, a rather infamous one, which i'm not either)
