You can buy shrooms in some websites, bet they probably won't ship it to you if it's illegal in your country.
thats a correct answer to a common question on the forums, but not quite an answer to the question asked. it DOES depend on where you live, but we're discussing spores, not mushrooms. there are many species of psilocybian mushrooms, and each of these produces spores, which will potentially (under the right conditions) create the fungus from which these mushrooms will emerge. sort of like seeds are to a plant. the psilocybin, psilocin, and baeocystin (among other drugs) are NOT present in the spores of the mushrooms. the mushrooms themselves are not usually what are illegal; rather its the drugs carried within the flesh of the mushrooms that make the mushrooms illegal. therefore the spores, the only part of the mushrooms which will not make you trip, are legal by a technicality. they are often studied by mycology students for identification purposes, and this is the legitimate reason for selling them. however its a thinly veiled truth that in actuality the vast majority of spores are really sold for cultivation of mushrooms. now, in general the spores are not illegal, but they are in some states of the us, and i wouldnt be surprised if they were illegal in certain other countries. various laws in various locations exist regarding mushrooms, the amount of processing of the mushrooms, the mycelium, the spores, etc. some things are legal, some are not. if caught cultivating mushrooms on a personal or commercial scale, you'll face MUCH stiffer charges than for cultivating cannabis. this is CERTAINLY something to think about, because people in most places dont just get a slap on the wrist for growing their own pot. all the information you would hypothetically need can be found at www.shroomery.org
the spores are not illieagle(sorry for spelling) in my area iv ate plenty of shrooms for dealers but i was always more into chemistry but this definatly worth a look
