Ok im not going to lie here, I'm over weight and am going to start going to the gym over the summer to loose some weight. I'm going to do cardio and weight training (I alredy do both sometimes but only when i go to the gym with my brother...which since yesterday has been a year...i went yesterday). I'm 13 yrs old Im a male 5'5 185 pounds Anyways I'm asking what a good routine is like day 1---- such and such on like a 6 day schedule, kind of like a work out routine. I'm aslso wondering what an ideal diet for a day would be since im going to be working out. Thanks in advance, Mike
