Gay Community Group Formation!

    I am also interested in this new group thing. I'm very glad that the forums aren't being replaced. LGBT is a good name. I don't mind Samhain being the group leader but I'm certainly open to others.

    I'm new here, so I'm not sure how much credibility that gives me, but I think it sounds like a good idea.

    I also think that being able to easily access different forums is important. Right now it is fairly easy to find the forum index and I would like to have some sort of way to get back to the index so I can visit some other boards.

    I believe that this additional space would be less likely to have the religio-homophobic sorts, if it is all membership, yes, Sam?
    A safer, less confrontational space for the newly or not yet out would be a blessing.

    I think that a demo would be great, so we can see what Skip has in his mind's eye.
    I've seen very few misses in his visions over the years. (and I've been around his boards since 99)

    yeah and if people aren't respectful they can loose their membership, it also is a more focassed way of looking at things like books and films, so we have that without taking up space on the forums.
    and yes I agree again Skip gives us a real winner
