Hey all, yesterday mum and her boyfriend chris spotted me singing and said I sounded a lot like frank sinatra, i love good old blue eyes anyway so just randomly decided to sing "fly me to the moon- sinatra".. I used to sing tons when i was younger but voice broke and whenever i sang windows broke.. but i think i can sing again.. i dunno :S What do you think? I enjoyed that! Yeah, I can definitely hear a little Sinatra in there...or at least some of Sinatra's genre. Still with a lot of the distinctiveness of your own voice, too.
Thanks man =] yeah, someone said they could imagine that was how sinatra's voice was when he was 16.. dunno *shrug* I'm really happy to be honest managing to sing again, when i was 14- voice dropped.. couldn't sing, could barely talk coherantly ;D but now it seems to be coming back..
you've got a good voice. was disappointed it wasn't a video. personally i've never been a fan of Sinatra though; so I won't say you sound like him as I think that would be a bit of an insult. you sound good though.
I am a HUGE Sinatra fan you do have that retro touch not exactly Sinatra but just that bit of rasp not bad
heh thanks guys =] Sent it to a few of my mates on another forum and they said I sounded like this guy from x-factor.. can vaguely remember him.. he was in the final or something? or quarters, sang tons of sinatra songs too and sorry it wasn't a video indigo ! Not confident enough for that yet lol *crawls back into my hole*
