Doing coke is one of the stupidest decisions a human can make. I don't know if coke will "shrivel" your penis but it can give you erectile dysfunction to a degree in the later run, but it will suck the life out of you though. I probably won't stop you from using cocaine, but can tell you to minimize usage to atleast 2-3 times a month or less. Take care.
