I just wondered "was there ever was a president of the USA that most of the world cuddled up to and thought the sun shone from his ass?" Or have they all been crap?
Wilson was respected in Europe. The Senate's rejection of the League of Nations treaty puzzled most of Europe. Thomas Jefferson, respected and quoted by many anti-colonialists. Ike was another president that was popular in Europe. JFK and Camelot charmed everyone including forgeiners.
Wilson was a major racist personally though. As for Ike, I can't imagine the man who led the allied armies into Europe as being able to be unpopular.
Here's the list of Presidents the majority of the world didn't hate ( In order of time ): McKinley TR FDR JFK GRF ( Ford ) Clinton Nixon was a good president, but he was hated. I put Ford up there because seriously there was never really that much hate against him, he was only President for about 2 1/2 years and didn't really cause any chaos, sure there were 2 assasination attempts, one was by a Manson follower and the other by a woman who had gone through five husbands and became some crazy hippie. But seriously Ford wasn't a hated president, he was basically neautral. To be fair I only mentioned the Presidents of the 20th Century because let's be realistic here not too many people knew who controlled the States before then.
Kennedy tried to be a good guy. He started out tied to a lot of bad people...but in office, he tried to break away from much of it. Eventually many generals approached him with "Project Northwoods"...and he fired all of them for it. Google it sometime for more info - but essentially, Project Northwoods was a proposal that our military launch false-flag terror attacks on the American people as provocation for war with other nations. Just like 9-11. Anyway, not long after, he got shot. Jefferson wasn't bad either. Most have been corporate puppets, Globalist murderers, Trilat/CFR pawns, or all of the above.
they've all had 'warts'. there's not a one of them i couldn't find at least one major fault with. but i definately wouldn't say they were all crap. i definately wouldn't say the sun shone from any of their assess, but jfk did a lot of good for the u.s. and carter was the only one not to make me ashaimed of the country i live in. there hasn't been a republican president in my life time who wasn't crap though. even if isenhour was himself relatively harmless compaired to the real doozies we've had from that camp since then. of course none of them (of either party that has so far gotten elected in my lifetime) had kennidy's penache. (jfk's dark side was his paranoia of 'communism' and that he made me take p.e. in highschool, even after he was dead) =^^= .../\...
Well, they all sucked in their own ways.. as stated above, they all had major faults to be discovered. But, there were some decent guys among much worse guys.. and, well, people are people. We're imperfect. No matter who it is, someone's gonna hate him.
Franklin Delano Roosevelt , Harry S Truman, Ike Eisenhower,John Fitzgerald Kennedy,Ronald Reagan,Bill Clinton:all get thumbs up in my estimation.
presidents should not exist...really they don't exist. You only tell yourself they have control over you, no one has control over anyone else...that's just part of the brain washing, they make you believe they have control over you. and you do.
There's no way I'd say that every single president of the U.S. has been "crap." I really like George Washington, Ronald Reagan, and Harry Truman (among others), and I can think of a ton of other people out there who would agree with me on at least one of those three. Most people respect George Washington, as he was modest and a good leader. He was the first president of the U.S., so he had a hell of a lot of work to do, and I'd say he was successful. Most people like him.
the only thumb up ragun gets in my book is one up his ass. has everyone forgotten iran contra? he was the one both screwed carter, and in doing so, also conned people out of what the 70s would otherwise have accomplished, and the kind of world we could be living in now if it had. really responsible for the beggining of the current round of screwing things up. isenhour led by not leading. he was off playing golf. which would have been alright if it hadn't ment letting mcarthy and macarthyism get away with murder. as for lonesome goerge, the first, that washington dude who slept all over the place and with who knows what or who, eletist doesn't even begin to describe, though most of that real history isn't ever trotted out by the forces it might embarras. to the indiginous peoples of this land he was rightfully known as village burner, and the raggle taggle shape of his enlisted forces was his own sometimes neggligent, sometimes intentional doing, while he and his fellow officers ate steak. other then that i would mostly aggree with who the guys (in the most recent several posts) who tried and appearantly wanted to be good guys were, against the rather impossible odds of anyone actually doing so. and of course completely with mad lizzard, who summed it up rather more succinctly then i. =^^= .../\...
Bill Clinton was still pretty well-liked even though the whole Lewinsky affair. Eisenhower and Kennedy were some other that MOST liked.
Truman dropped a bomb on innocent civilians, Wilson had a stroke and others served behind closed doors in his place. Franklin Roosevelt hid his handicap. Teddy was a hunter. Clinton couldn't keep it in his pants, Jimmy Carter had a brother Billy. They are all human, thank god they all now have limited terms. Eisenhower was bald and had a mistress, Nixon you know what Nixon did, Lincoln had his faults and George Washington had wooden teeth...human frailty.
Jefferson fathered children by a slave, and never freed her. JFK was pretty but was as much of a womanizer as Clinton, and actually accomplished very little. What exactly did JFK do except make some pretty little speeches that someone else wrote for him.
