http://apnews.myway.com/article/20040904/D84T2OUO0.html ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (AP) - The United States and its allies have moved closer to capturing Osama bin Laden in the last two months, a top U.S. counterterrorism official said in a television interview broadcast Saturday
It wouldn't surprise me at all if they coincidentally "captured" him just in time to swing the election to Bush.
Of course they'll capture him right before the election. I've thought that for months. Anybody wanna bet. I'll give five to one that he's captured b4 the election.
It wouldn't surprise me. And I think we should revolt if it does. general strike, civil disobedience, etc.
they probly already have him... they just don't wanna tell anyone untill they are absolutely sure it will win BuSh votes.
My sister has a friend who's brother is in the marines and he was in Afghanistan and he says we've already got him.
Damn, now no one will take my bet. No suckers here. BTW-you're right...she is beautiful. But please excuse me for being to old to know who she is. Who is she?
I've been saying that for months. With all the high tech equipment the US gov't has (they can read your debit card number via sattelite!) they don't know where a 75 year old man on dialisys is? In Afghanistan? They have always known where he is, he's always been on the CIA payroll!
------------------------------------------------------------ precisely! this has always been my own impression from the first time his name was mentioned and still is. though i doubt he's in afghanistan nor has he been since before the invasion of iraq. but rather in the i.c.u. of a hospital owned by the saudi royal family somewhere in saudi arabia. and if he is to be 'captured' in afghanistan he'll have to be transported there from wherever it is in arabia before he can be. with something like a 50 50 chance of his dying in transit. well ok i don't KNOW this is the case. it does however seem the most probable to me. but wherever he is i'll take a lot of highly improbable convincing to believe other then that like hussain he was and is a creature of rumsfield and the whole pseudoconservative defacto bid for world dictatorship agenda =^^= .../\...
If they have bin Laden they might say they've captured him right after the presidential debates. I believe Bush is going to need a boost then.
bin Laden and groups like him were trained by the CIA to be elusive. They were also left armed at the end of the 80s and all of their facilities that the CIA built for them in the 80s were left in place. They had a perfect playground for starting trouble. Every politician from the 80s and 90s who armed these groups and then just left them there should be held accountable to the public.
This has been dragged out a million times: The U.S. never trained or armed Bin Laden. He was there fighting the Russians before we even got involved. With that said, I do think they will find him before elections, I'm banking on it. Besides that, Kerry's numbers are not looking to good right now anyway.
Um, ok. But we funded him for years. And we did arm him! And I don't know if we trained bin Laden himself, but there is certainly strong evidence that shows that several al-Qaeda members were trained here prior to 9/11. The US government not only trained and funded these people, but protected them as well. As far as bin Laden himself is concerned, I do think they will "capture" him before the elections. They wouldn't be hinting around about it if this wasn't so. Don't let them fool you, people, I am sure bin Laden has been in US custody for months, if not longer. This is all little more than a giant charade, and they're all laughing at you.
