I learned about the Moringa Oleifera tree in my class this summer. I thought it was fascinating because it was very nutritious. Anyway, I googled it and came across this beverage called Zija http://www.drinklifein.com/

It is supposed to have over 90 vitamins and minerals.

Has anyone ever tried this? I really want to but you can only order by the case and I am too frugal to buy a case of it when I have never tried it.

    Thanks.

I think rather than buying a case of aluminum canned "breakfast soda" you could perhaps change other habits...like chick fil a.
Seriously, just eat whole foods and juices.

lol I actually don't eat fast food that often. Every now and then. I just wondered if anyone had actually tried this stuff. I thought the tree was amazing because the leaves were really good for you. I'm pretty close to planting the tree and eating the leaves on salads and stuff.

From your class you know Moringa is the most nutritious plant discovered to date. Moringa powder is green and gritty. It does not dissolve. Moringa will grow in Florida. It germinates easily. Put a seed in a plasic bag will a little bit of water and put it in a dark place for two weeks. It is a fast growing plant. The only thing I have found to use it on is oatmeal. Dried Moringa leaves have more more nutritional value than fresh. Zija combines various parts of the plant to maximize the nutrition as the vasroius parts contain different nutrients. Zija is packed in cans for the convience factor. For more information on Moringa and Zija: zijamoringahealth.com. Send an email, and we'll see about sending you a smaller amount of Zija.
