Rain storm? Actually severe t-storm. Lots of action going on here on the west side right now.

 

i was watching sheets of water washing down union street.

 

We just got hit with one too, cooled it down a bit, much needed

We haven't had much rain, not as much as we usually do anyway

 

We will be in a rain storm all night pretty much. Which is wonderful.

 

Can you all send some of that out west. I miss the rain!

 

Another one just rolled through. This cell contained far more energy than the last... TONS of thunder and lightening with this storm.

Nice.

Can't beat the smell of thunderstorms.

 

Especially during the passage of a super cell with the air charged and smelling of ozone

we could use some rain again. you can't beat those evening storms, cooling everything off and watering your lawn so that you don't have to turn on the sprinklers...

 

I know what you mean rain would be a nice break from all the heat.

Absolutely. It's one of my personal joys of life.

 

Haha... I just made a thread in lucky spiral. Was just swimming in this lake and got chased out by amazingly wicked tstorms and massive hail. It was great though. I think I got some good pictures of lightening bolts.

 

Along with that wonderful feeling of anxiety as the national weather service issues a tornado watch for the area
