You'll need a passport if you're coming from another country.. and.. what to bring to winterpig in the cold season? Toques, Gloves, Winter Jacket, Boots, Warm pants, Warm Socks.
Americans don't need passports for entry into Canada, and vice versa as has been said, dress for the weather, the Peg is a frickin cold place in the winter, bring your woolies Other then that, meh, whatever, it's a city like anyother, you should have no problems
since all the 9-11 weirdness, it's a good idea to bring a passport if you have one. It's also an idea to dress 'straight'.
