Someone please tell me why the fuck you would do a shitload of lortabs or tramadols?
Why not do an oxy?
It makes so much more sense to do an oxy or smoke some tar or something..than to eat like 20 pills with all sorts of nasty fillers.

 

Well to enhance loratabs, most people do take acetaminophen simultaneously. I have before, but it's always made me queasy. Not to the point where I throw up, but 5000mg of acetaminophen? That's a lot of tylenol. Lol.

I would take a few Hydros, maybe 6 at the most, if I absolutley couldnt find anything more pure. But even then..........

Well, if I had Oxycontin, I'd take them. But I don't.
I love me some Opiates, so I grab them while I got them.
An I take them as I got them. I don't take Tramadol.
I'm trying to figure out if I've ever actually taken them before.
The name sounds familiar, but I can't remember if I've had them or not.

I'll take what I can get. I don't know anyone that fucks with oxy's, so I have no access. I just got the vics for my root canal, so I figured "shit....down the hatch". haha

 

That's weird. I've never heard anyone call heroin tar before.

Well what kind of heroin do you use?
Because tar is just low grade heroin, usualy from Mexico, very unpure.
Where as the pure you would snort or shoot up.
Or some of the stronger refinements, such as dilaudid, fentanyl, or
a-methylfentanyl which is an analouge

I was just talking to my friends last night about how when I pray, I am at home. The home feeling, like laying in your lovers arms, holding your child, hugging your mom, taking opiates, listening to your favorite band, whatever it is. We are constantly searching for that home, that happiness, warmth and comfort that makes us feel at one at peace and without anxiety, or even question for that matter. The true heart of the soul.

I've always snorted my heroin. I've shot up a few times, though. Nearly died once, so I didn't mess with needles much after that. Although the high doesn't match from injecting heroin and snorting heroin, it's still heroin and I've just had to tell myself that until it was virtually impossible for me to find it anymore, so I went to rehab to detox. I tried for one day to dteox on my own. Actually, I managed ten hours. I thought I was dying. Rehab eased the pain very much from heorin withdrawls. If I found heroin right now, I'd buy it and shoot it. And I would probably die. Because I haven't had it since November. My Oxy guy and my heroin guy were the same guy

 

Tar is generally low grade. Its not good to shoot up, but people still do. Then there is powder, that turns into tar when its heated which is usually the kind I get. I usually smoke it too. Ive smoked powered heroin before and it tastes like burnt bread ..sick.
My friend used to get these specially made hydrocodones with no fillers and once I took three of them, I also had a fentanyl patch stuck up in my gums (best place to put them, they cross the blood barrier quicker through the mucus membranes..read:bioavailability) I got a very very nice high from it.
Dilaudid is just a waste. The rush is nice..maybe 5-10 minutes but then its just..nothing. Its like you arent even high anymore so off to the bathroom you go to plug another one.

But the rush from Dilaudid is amazing. The first time I had it was when my lung collapsed, they shot me up and for those initial few minutes I couldnt talk, could barely move, and breathing felt like I was on E
But after that subsided, I was well rested and got 2 perscriptions to Oxycodone 10's.
Then, the next time my lung collapsed, they told me to walk it off. Nice world for people without insurance, huh ?

 

Yeah the first time I did dilaudid I thought I could just get up and walk around...and I got up..made it to the living room and when I tried to sit down on the couch I missed, hit the floor, and just sat there lmfao.
