announcing our cant make the nationals gathering here at the farm.

well due to the fact that we have to many animals to leave for a week or 2 we will be having our gathering here at the farm.
the dates will be june 29th thru july 8th.

also it should be said that if the weather doesnt break there will be no personall fires, an the community fire will be kept small.
as always no busses or large r.v's .

ya aint gotta do nothin for us..

but i sent it anyway..

got 2 inches of rain day before yesterday,, but its done bone dry again. hadnt rained more than a sprinkle in 2 months before that. maybee the weather will break.. in a place that normally gets 70 inches of rain a year,,weve had 15 so far this year..

we usually get all our rain in the early sping & dry out by May...this year it rained 2-3 times a week for all of May & has followed the same pattern for June...and it's been very 'cool', lower 90's instead of 100's for June & 80's most of May...last year we had some 100's in early May. It's been nice for the gardens but we'll see if we can send the rain your way for a few days

 

Wow, Just beautiful, lovely land, nice of you to invite folks who can't get to the national, looks like you have it all set up like "Home", i miss the mountains, and the rain for that matter.

 

yeah rain would be nice.
we try an make it a place for folks to feel at home. we built a new kitchen an a sweat lodge over the winter,but as of yet neither have been used. seems like after i quit drinkin an things have gotten on a more productive path,,noone has come around..
well thats not true weve had a couple people thru,we have a sister here now an we are goin to the airport tomorrow night to pick a brother up flying in from hong kong. he will be here a month,,should be interesting.
