I wanted 2 establish a harvest this year but something came up and i am going to be gone for a month. I want to kno can my plants that are in pots survive outdoors, a month without me watering them and where i live it barely rains...

You'll either have to plant them in the ground and soak the area, or have a trusted friend take care of them (or pray for rain!).
Are the pots they're in big enough to hold them for the month? I have actually heard of an elaborate drip system that collects sporadic rain water, but that's just hearsay!

August is too late, and that long without water is also too long. Either hope it rains, have a family member water them for you, or try again next year. Don't trust any of your friends unless they also grow, if they don't grow, you can't trust them.
