Oh, and another thing, since I know you didn't just come up with that garbage out of nowhere. Whenever you read something, its generally good to consider the source and the context from which it came from. It's like Nietzshe once said, "what convinces is not necessarily true--it is merely convincing: a note for asses."

In one of my college classes on gender, race and religion, we had 2 people who were both 1/2 indian or native american if you prefer, but they said basically all the indian people on their side of the family hated the term native american for american indians. But back to the OP, while it is true we stole the native american land, the true can be said about almost every land, ours was just rather recent. We are Americans though, basically no one in the Americans would be their current nationaltiy since most American countries are made up of people who migrated here after the colonial conquests.

Native Americans had tribes, and nations. It really depended on what kind of native american, and what they chose to call their particular people. A tribe, or a Nation.
For example, Navajo call themselves both a tribe, and a nation, and there are tons and tons of clans within the nation. Some Natives also use the term "Band." Like the Aniyunwiya (Cherokee).

My grandmother was a full blooded Iroquoian Indian.
Her parents ran out on her and her brothers and sisters when she was a child.
    She took care of them.
After her husband died, she worked very hard to take care of her family. Me, and my mother included because my ANGLO peice of shit father wasnt there to help us, so my Native American grandmother, once again, took care of everything.
    She didnt drink.
    She never cursed.
She was probably the most noble woman ive ever encountered. Her husband died when I was three. Back then, it was very hard for a woman to keep herself going without her husband. My grandmother waited through years of cancer (from tobacco smoking) to die, she waited until everyone she took care of could care for themselves, then she left our world(ayohuhisdi).

The opinions of people that have been expressed in this forum regarding races that are not their own have really disheartened me. You would think that those who choose to take recreational drugs, being outcasts of society themselves, would have more acceptance for people just arent the way "the man" wants them to be, even if you dont necessarily agree with their lifestyle, I never thought that people here would lower themselves so much as to fuel ridiculous stereotypes and use racial slurs.

It really shows that ignorance reigns supreme in our world, unfortunately, and that no one ever really takes the time to learn about each other. Instead, we would rather seperate ourselves from each other. As much as I dislike the current state of the nation, I think that "United we stand, Divided we fall" says a lot.

    :(

Really it is thank you for sharing.
The only native american I ever got to know well was my friends dad ( my friend with the LSD ) and he died 5 years ago from heroin overdose. But he was definitley an awesome guy!
Another that I met was a guy in FL during a rainbow gathering. I never saw someone eat as many magic mushrooms as him! I mean ounces dried, it was insane lol

THe most I ever ate was just over an ounce dried and 2 beer bottles full of tea that this girl in the woods made.
I was in outer space for hours, I dont even remember most of it. It was actually the same day as the native american guy eating ounces
    Definitley not worth it :)

The most I've ever eaten is just about an ounce dried. Give or take a little. And the most shroom tea I've drank? Probably about... I guess the equivalent of three champagne bottles at once. It was terrible to drink it down, but the trip was just amazing. Hah. And I love chocolate shrooms. I could so eat about 20 of those and be happy.

FYI, chocolates are usually actually acid because it's cheaper to make them that way. At least that's how it is around here.

question that's a little off topic, there's North America, Central America, and South America, so the term American should be someone from the Americas, why are people from the US the only ones that can call themselves American? just because it's the "United States of America"?

What? Chocolate takes heat to melt and inset mushrooms, which would INSANTLY fry the acid into nonexistance. LSD is one seriously unstable molecule. If you are getting straight chocolate with no fungus in it that you are tripping on, 99% sure that would be liquid psilocybon injected inside. I've had that before and its DAMN fun.
But yea, maybe someone would drop LSD on chocolate, but they could just as easily drop it on a peice of paper

But then they couldn't charge mushroom prices for it, could they? Acid is cheaper than mushrooms, so they drop LSD on chocolate and tell people it is has mushrooms in it. Sounds stupid, I know, but I've seen people fall for it and pay too much for their acid.

The native world at present would be modernized if it had never been taken over, so its not like ud come over in a boat and live with nature haha sides, we wouldnt have the stuff we have now, and chances are many of us wouldnt exist, as we are the occurances of specific people meeting at specific times

took their land, forced them into slavery, and later spread smallpox among them without even trying to help them. Damn...those British bastards were dicks...and the French of course.

Still there is no fucking excuse for the Boston Tea Party, throwing our tea away. Who the fuck do you think you are?!!?

The Iron Maiden song - Run to the Hills sums up this thread quite nicely
