try starting with Wiki... there's a bit of info there. Many claim Ras Tafari to be a hero, others say he's a fraud that failed his people. Be sure to examine both sides of the story.

Theres a book which is quite expensive but its basically all of his speeches and utterances, i think its actually called 'the speeches and utterances of haile selassie' and that is amazing.
