Im not a Pat fan. My bf loves him and getty green is pretty much his fav album...
Project Pat is too repetitive, his lyrical style is so predictable and I dont like that in my music.

Yeah man they're fookin insane. I like "Is Anyone Out There?" by Scarecrow. He comes up with some of the most twisted fukt up shit I have ever heard.

And Digitall.....if they're so unkilled, how come they were the first/only rap group to ever recieve a fuckin oscar/academy award for a song in a movie? I mean, their new shit sucks, but it's still better than most of the shit that's out now, imo.

Ghetty Green is one of my favorites too. I don't understand how you can't like Pat. The way he puts his lyrics together is almost seemless and perfect. It's like a lyrical puzzle that only he can put together correctly. He's still no Koop or Scarecrow though.

omg lol my bf tells me this same shit all the time..i have no idea why i dont like pat..and its not that i dont like him, because i listen to getty green and theres a lotta songs i like, I just dont feel like hes..as talented lyrically as the others. im sooo partial to scarecrow and koop it makes me bias against the others.
    i like 528-cash though.

since nashville is the mecca for rap music right?

if you seriously think u have more knowledge on hiphop then I, then your just foolin yourself, i have more money in CD's and Vinyl then you've made in the last 5 years of your life.

and bottom line is, "adventures in hollywood" is what people know 36 mafia for now, the music world is "what have you done for me lately"

if they were my band, i would have rather had them fall off then represent themselves as total jokes, and have younger kids only know them for that

Nah man. Anybody in the south knows them for WAY more than that shit. And if you were as much of a hip-hop head as you claim to be, you wouldn't base your opinions of their music on what you see on tv. You need to actually listen to some more of their shit before you judge them.

those awards are irrelevent, if u place a hit song as the theme for a outstanding movie, you will most likely win, ie. "hard out there for a pimp" or w/e that song was, that song was crap, but won an acadamy award because of it's placement in a movie

And as for if i knew them i would appreciate them, no, i still wouldnt because I HATE southern rap, like detest everything to have to do with it "Queens nigga's run this shit, ask russel simons"

I'm all about east coast, with the exception of a few west

and imo, you more simple minded people will probably bash me for saying this, but it's ok because i know your understanding of culture and influence is far below my own, but The game, is the best thing to happen to rap in the last 5 years, and his newest cd 'Doctors Advocate' is the best hiphop cd in the last 5 as well.

I don't like his voice or his delivery; he sounds like a fookin retard. Plus, I live in GA, so I hear the shit all over the place and it's gotten old as fuck.
