Sorry didn't get to meet up with you Meng, Glastonbury is usually somewhat chaotic! Another highlight was sitting in the stone circle field when bokonon (John) arrived, and we started shouting "John! John!" to get his attention and everyone else around us also started yelling "John! John! John!" so we had a field full of hundreds of people yelling "John! John! John! John! John!" and then a massive cheer went up when he got to us
and the green police chasing the man peeing in the hedge the green police spotted him chased up a hill gradually getting more claps and cheers from the crowd, the man didnt see them until they were practically upon him and then he started to run off being chased by the green police who are all dressed as clowns.
Hehe, the 'John Momemt' was definitely one of my highlights! That was pretty special Musical highlights, true to form in Top 5 stylings... 1. Arcade Fire 2. Bjork 3. The Bees 4. The Who 5. Echo List based on the performance on the night. Band and crowd enjoyment and such Arcade Fire were right on the money, amazing show. The Bees were clearly a little moved by the size of the crowd at their Jazz World set. It was fairly early so managed to get really close and they all had great big smiles on their faces. Echo were one of the unexpected moments. Just wandering around, looking for shelter, seats and somewhere to roll a spliff. Found the funky looking stage of The Glade and was treated to stuff like this... http://www.myspace.com/echostrings
