Mono, sex, and the enlarged spleen

I have mono right now. I'd been sick for 2 weeks before I finally went to the doctor and was finally told it was actually mono. Of course, since I didn't know it was mono, things progressed as usual with my boyfriend so there's really no doubt in my mind that he already has it.

I'm more concerned about the enlarged spleen part of the mono though. I don't want to have sex if there's a really high chance of me rupturing my spleen during it.

What do you guys think?
