One more scandal about illegal weapons supplies

One more scandal about illegal weapons supplies to GUAM countries from former Warsaw Pakt countries is kindling.
In praesenti Czechia police realizes the investigation on the occasion of antitank mines disappearance which were wrote off and transmitted by Czechia Ministry of Defense for liquidation to private Bulgarian firm. According to Lidove novine newspaper investigation the mines were transported to the East and were sold by knock-down prices to Georgia and Azerbaijan as before!
Not only that OSCE countries are trying to earn by utilization of Soviet weapons type but it shows that by this way the regimes are fed that are up to solve ‘frozen conflicts’ by force! To tell the truth such Azerbaijan and Georgia arming has been continuing for a long time and no one in EU drew its attention to those facts and took no strong measures!
I think that to prevent that process EU is to use strong measures comparable with measures which will be used against Warsaw where secret CIA prisons are still functioning! But I’m afraid that this initiative will run against USA counteraction which usually defends its satellites against Brussels!

 

So being a dumb american am I to draw from you post that conflict could erupt in that area at any time?
