How do you practice this essential ingredent for a spiritual life? I believe love is the key to living a meaningful life. I love everyone and all sentient beings, even though I do not like everyone I meet. I hope others will respond to this post with their own expierences with divine love.

    Peace and love

Without love, one wilts like a flower without water.

    THANK-YOU.

Love is the most beautiful ingredient to spirituality. Almost every religion is built upon it, and most religions seem to neglect the charge to be loving creatures, IMO.

For myself, I find sex to be a really spiritual experience, and I wish there was more not necessarily free love, but at least a willingness to express ourselves sexually.

I'm so glad I found this post though. A lot of the stuff in this forum seems more geared towards things I'm not really interested in debating.
